Captive management and consulting service provider, Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), has announced the appointment of Richard Daley from JLT Insurance Management (Bermuda) Ltd., as Managing Director (MD) of SRS (Bermuda) Ltd.
In his new role based in the firm’s Bermuda office, effective August 1st, 2019, Daley will work alongside Managing Directors David Sykes and Andrew Hupman. Furthermore, he will join the Board of SRS International, which includes the firm’s operations in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, and Barbados.
Brady Young, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SRS, commented: “Richard is a leading figure in the Bermuda captive insurance industry and we are excited to have him join us. We believe there are opportunities to continue to expand our business in Bermuda and provide a viable high-quality option to the broker-owned managers.

Daley joins the firm after 13 years with JLT Insurance Management (Bermuda) Ltd., where for the last four years he served as President.
