INSTANDA, a no-code, digital platform for insurance carriers and managing general agents, has announced the promotion of Katy Murray to vice president of client success, where she will oversee all client relationships in North America.
In her new role, Murray will provide guidance and mentorship to all client success managers in the region, helping them fortify client engagement and relationship cultivation.
Reporting directly to Ben Snape, INSTANDA chief operation officer, she will also work to identify obstacles hindering client goals and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Additionally, Murray will oversee accounts receivable, drive prompt resolution of financial affairs and help shape the product roadmap direction.

Murray has more than 16 years of experience in insurance and technology, and is described to have exceptional leadership in guiding teams and driving operational excellence.
She joined INSTANDA in March 2022 as an strategic account manager, a role she held for over a year before her promotion. Prior to that, she was employed by Patra Corporation for nearly eight years, most recently as the senior director of Patra Direct and Assist.
