Global advisory, broking and solutions company, WTW has announced the appointment of Nancy Korcinsky as Head of Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) for the Southeast region, in the U.S., effective December 1, 2022.
Korcinsky has more than 25 years of insurance industry and risk management experience. She joined WTW in 2014 as a Managing Partner in Pittsburgh and currently leads the Southeast region. She is expanding her role to include the CRB business, serving in a dual-hat capacity.
Before WTW she worked at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc (PNC) where she held various roles, including serving as the President of the insurance agency and captive insurance companies.
Korcinsky will replace Doug Pera, who will retire at the end of 2022. He joined the company in 2009 and led the Southeast region for five years.
According to WTW Pera has been instrumental in evolving the company’s strategy for CRB and the development of a regional structure for North America. He has been described as a skilled and dedicated leader who has left a significant impact on colleagues and clients throughout his time at WTW.
