Global law firm, Locke Lord, has announced that Keith Andruschak is to join its New York office as a Partner in the Firm’s Regulatory and Transactional Insurance Practice Group.
The company says his experience advising clients on complex transactions involving the insurance industry, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of insurers and reinsurers, joint ventures, and other risk-linked securities, will help strengthen and expand the group.

Andruschak, who was named to the Legal 500 U.S in 2017, joins from Winston & Strawn LLP; his clients have included domestic and international life and property/casualty insurers and reinsurers, investment and commercial banks, private equity investors and hedge funds.
