Lockton appoints Co-Leaders for Life Sciences Practice

Global insurance broker Lockton, has appointed Aon’s Brad Zechman and David Salvucci as Co-Leaders of its Life Sciences Practice.

Based in Philadelphia, both Zechman and Salvucci will share strategic responsibility for the Practice.

As Co-Leaders, they will both help to bring in best-in-class tools, as well as offer strategic advice and customized risk solutions for companies within the Life Sciences ecosystem.

Overall, they both bring decades of industry experience towards their new roles.

During his time working at Aon, Zechman, led many of the company’s largest and most complex Life Sciences client relationships.

Moreover, Salvucci spent 17 years of service at Aon, where he was responsible for managing client relationships, leading brokerage teams, and designing innovative P&C programs for global, mid-market and emerging-growth Life Sciences organizations.

Lockton’s Life Sciences Practice plays a significant role in leveraging the company’s combined resources and technical expertise to help clients evaluate key exposures in depth, deliver data-driven recommendations to improve risk posture and build resilience, and design tailored insurance solutions that are suitable for an organizations risk tolerance and goals.
