EigenRisk, a provider of catastrophe risk management technology, has entered into a new agreement with GeoX, an AI-powered property intelligence company, to expand the EigenPrism catastrophe risk management platform, allowing clients access to granular, AI-derived property attributes across over 186 million US commercial and residential properties.
The pair explained that GeoX’s comprehensive property intelligence dataset will integrate directly into EigenPrism, which is now available to all users.
EigenRisk continues to expand its data partnership ecosystem with over 40 data providers in its platform, combining catastrophe analytics, hazard intelligence, and property attributes to deliver a more comprehensive view of risk.
Additionally, GeoX data has 100% national US coverage, including rural areas, 12-month data recency, and a sub-second API response time.
Deepak Badoni, President and Co-Founder, EigenRisk, commented, “GeoX further deepens the data ecosystem we’re building in EigenPrism. Underwriters, brokers, and analysts can now augment their exposure data with AI-derived building attributes and access actionable analytics for their book of business, all in one platform.”
Jacob Grob, Executive Vice President, US Markets, GeoX AI, added, “Bringing GeoX’s property data into EigenRisk gives underwriters and reinsurers a much clearer, parcel-level view of what they’re actually insuring.
“By pairing EigenRisk’s platform with our imagery analytics across 186 million US properties, we’re making it easy for teams to evaluate portfolio risk in seconds without getting bogged down by manual checks.”
Last month, EigenRisk integrated Weatherwatch, an Australian company specialising in storm and weather risk management services, into EigenPrism.
