Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), a division of Liberty Mutual Insurance, has announced the appointment of Myriem Houfaf Khoufaf as Claims Manager for France, effective 1st May 2023.
She is taking over the role from Serge Davidoux, Claims Manager, LSM France, he is retiring on 1st October 2023.
In her new role, Houfaf Khoufaf will be reporting to Olivier Reiz, General Manager of LSM France and manage the claims department alongside Davidoux until his retirement date.
A qualified lawyer and a graduate of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, she practised with Clyde & Co for nearly two years before joining LSM as a Claims Specialist, where she has been for four years.
Commenting on Houfaf Khoufaf’s appointment, Reiz said: “I am delighted to welcome Myriem to the French Management Committee and congratulate her on a well-deserved promotion that reflects the culture of talent management at LSM.
“I would like to thank Serge for leading the Claims team to the pinnacle of client and broker satisfaction for so many years and wish him all the best in his retirement.”
