Broker and risk advisory firm, Marsh, has appointed Billy Aldous as Vice President, Cyber.
Aldous joins Marsh from McGill and Partners, where he served as a reinsurance broker.
Prior to McGill and Partners, Aldous spent three years working at AIG, where he held the role of Assistant Ceded Reinsurance Manager, where he was responsible for the placement of AIG’s facultative reinsurance within the UK and Europe.
Aldous started his career in the industry as an Anti-Fraud Investigator, serving for financial services firm, LV=.
Earlier this month, Marsh also announced that it intends to exercise its option to acquire the majority of shares in Beassur Marsh, following its acquisition of a stake in the Moroccan insurance broker in June 2019.
