The Board of Directors of global re/insurance brokerage Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. has elected Tamara Ingram as a director.
The appointment is effective July 19th, 2019 and takes the number of directors on the Board to 13.
Ingram currently serves as Global Chairman at Wunderman Thompson, a data and technology agency that operates across 90 markets and which has 20,000 employees.
She has previously worked within media conglomerate WPP plc, including as Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of J. Walter Thompson, Group CEO of Grey UK, and Team Leader for Procter & Gamble across all WPP agencies. Previously, she held the position as a non-executive director of Saga Group plc and Serco Group plc.
And earlier in her career, Ingram served as CEO of McCann Worldgroup and CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi’s London office.
