McGriff, a subsidiary of Truist Insurance Holdings, has appointed Greg Glaser as a vice president and marketing account executive within its Energy Practice.
Glaser brings 10 years of property underwriting experience through previous roles with Liberty Mutual and AIG.
Over the past two years, he was with Marsh as a property placement specialist based in Atlanta, Georgia.
At AIG, Glaser started as Senior Production Specialist, where after two years he was promoted to Regional Production Specialist.
Glaser was an underwriter for commercial property at Liberty Mutual’s National Insurance Property unit including traditional ground-up, multi-national, and shared & layered accounts.
He will use his experience to advise, educate, and strategise with Energy clients to efficiently manage their risk while building long-term relationships with their insurance carrier partners.
He will be based in Birmingham, Alabama.
