Incline P&C Group, a property and casualty insurance programme platform based in Austin, Texas with more than $2 billion in gross written premium, has announced the appointment of Michelle Hubicki, AFIS, as Director of Reinsurance.
In her role at Incline P&C Group, she will be responsible for leading the execution of core treaty renewals and programme placements across multiple lines of business.
Her responsibilities also includes applying underwriting judgement to assess programme risk and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, while working closely with actuarial, finance and underwriting teams to support decision-making across the business.
She will also represent Incline P&C Group in the reinsurance market, maintaining relationships with reinsurers and brokers to support the company’s ceded reinsurance strategy and wider capital management approach.
The company has welcomed her appointment as part of its continued focus on strengthening its reinsurance function and supporting ongoing growth across its programme portfolio.
