Re/insurance broker Miller has added Sam Pye to its solicitors professional indemnity (PI) team as an account executive.
Pye will report to Zarina Lawley, head of solicitors PI, in her new role, which began on 21 March. She joins from Lockton Professions. Over the course of her career, Pye has specialised in PI insurance, cyber insurance and management liability insurance and has also held roles at QPI Legal, Mills & Reeve Solicitors, and Browne Jacobson Solicitors.
Lawley said: “We are delighted to welcome Sam to Miller. Sam has a wealth of experience, expertise and knowledge and will be a great asset as we focus on investing in Miller’s specialist Solicitors Professional Indemnity platform.”
In addition, Pye said that it was a privilege to join Miller, with the company’s reputation for excellence.
Pye is not the only new starter within Miller this month. On 7 March, the firm appointed James Martin to be an account executive in its sports and entertainment team.
