MNRB Holdings Berhad, the parent company of Malaysian Re, has announced the appointment of Dato’ Rudy Rodzila Che Lamin as Interim President & Group CEO.
Dato’ Rudy succeeds Zaharudin Daud who served as President & Group CEO of MNRB for the past four years.
In his new role, he will collaborate with MNRB’s leadership team to advance the Group’s strategic initiatives.
Datuk Johar Che Mat, Chairman of MNRB, commented, “The Board is confident that Dato’ Rudy’s extensive experience in the takaful and insurance sectors, coupled with his broad perspectives, will enable him to guide MNRB through this transitional period.”
Dato’ Rudy brings over 30 years of experience across the financial, banking, and insurance industries. He joins MNRB from Takaful Ikhlas General Berhad, where he served as President & CEO.
Datuk Johar also expressed gratitude to Zaharudin Daud for his leadership, adding, “We are grateful to Zaharudin for his dedication and contributions, which also aided in positioning MNRB on a stronger foundation for the future.”
