Munich Re Specialty Insurance (MRSI), a division of German reinsurance giant Munich Re, has announced the appointment of Jaymee Parker as Vice President and Head of Inland Marine.
Parker is an experienced insurance and risk management professional with strong leadership and sales experience. She specializes in Inland Marine insurance and ocean cargo.
She is charged with leading and managing MRSI’s Inland Marine underwriting team by setting clear guidelines and standards for new and renewal business and overseeing/evaluating new and renewal business to ensure risk quality and driving standards across assigned business lines.

Parker has worked at several leading insurance institutions, holding positions such as Vice President and Regional Sales Director at the AmeriTrust Group, Account Executive Officer of Inland Marine at Travelers.
Aditionally, she has served as Territory Underwriting Manager for Berkley Fire & Marine Underwriters, and Marine Manager/Territorial Executive for The Hanover Insurance Group.
The appointment comes in a year of expansion for MRSI, having appointed a new head of Contract Surety in July.
