Navigators promotes two senior executives to lead industrial risks unit

14th August 2017 - Author: Staff Writer

The Navigators Group has announced the promotions of Patrick Milner to President and Jerry Wosleger to Senior Vice President of NavTech, the firm’s global business unit underwriting energy construction and other technical industrial-related risks.

Milner succeeds Stephen Coward, who retired as President of NavTech at the end of July after more than 15 years with Navigators.

Milner’s career with Navigators spans nearly 30 years and includes having collaborated with Coward in 2009 at the formation of NavTech, and most recently leading the firm’s global upstream energy business.

As Senior Vice President, Wosleger will be responsible for building the North America NavTech business in addition to his current leadership of the global downstream energy practice.

Stan Galanski, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Navigators, said; “We congratulate Pat Milner and Jerry Wosleger on their expanded leadership roles in one of our most important industry specialties – global energy.”

“At the same time, we thank Stephen Coward for his many contributions-both as an expert underwriter and insurance executive-to the growth of Navigators.

“We are confident that the culture of technical underwriting expertise that has been the hallmark of NavTech and indeed of our company is in good hands with this logical transition in leadership.”
