Global insurer and reinsurer SCOR has promoted Cyril Neyme to Senior Underwriter – Head of Alternative Solutions for the Americas.
Within this role, he will continue to based in New York.
Most recently, Neyme served as SCOR’s Vice President for its US Casualty Treaty division.
He first joined SCOR in 2014, where he served as Strategic Planning Manager for just over a year before he got promoted to Head of P&C Strategic Planning.
Prior to joining SCOR, Neyme worked at Deloitte Conseil where he served as a Senior Actuarial Consultant. In addition, Neyme also previously served as a Risk Manager for AXA GRM.
Furthermore, SCOR’s Alternative Solutions team focuses on the development of customized, non-traditional, and new products/solutions.
Leveraging the company’s diversified capital and the risk knowledge of its underwriters, the team provides insurance and corporate clients with structured solutions for capital optimization earnings and cash flow volatility management, protection gap cover and special situation needs.
Meanwhile, last month SCOR announced several key changes to its Board of Directors, and the company also reported its results for the first half of 2022, which included a net loss of $239 million.
