Oneglobal Broking has announced a host of changes to its senior leadership team, including the promotions of Roger Spicer to CEO, Global Specialty, Sirikit Oh to CEO, OGB Asia, and Phil Gingell to Chairman and CEO, US Aviation.
Each of these will report to Mike Reynolds, Group CEO of Oneglobal, who commented, “I am delighted to announce these changes today, which substantially strengthen the leadership team of Oneglobal, reflecting the rapid growth and the increasingly important contribution of our international operations alongside our deep London Specialty expertise.

Meanwhile, Luca Garbarino has been promoted to Executive Director, Group Deputy Chairman, while David Lum has been promoted to Chairman, OGB Asia. Both roles will report to Jonathan Palmer-Brown, Group Chairman.
Garbarino will also join the main board of Oneglobal, which the firm says is a testament to his unstinting service to the group over the past two decades.
Further, a Global Executive Committee will be established, chaired by Mike Reynolds, with Hugh Crossland (Group CFO), Nicolau Daudt (CEO, Latin America), Sirikit Oh, Jeanette Paul (Group Head of HR), and Roger Spicer collaborating to ensure that the group continues to deliver on its objectives.
A Global Specialty Committee will also be established, chaired by Roger Spicer, with representation from senior specialty and geographic leaders to ensure coordination and delivery of all Oneglobal’s strengths to clients worldwide.
Oneglobal notes that these changes reflect its significant transformation over the last three years, from a London market marine and North American P&C business into a global specialty insurance and reinsurance broker with operations in London, Asia, Bermuda, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and the US.
