Pantheon Specialty Limited has appointed Howard Green, former Chairman of Besso Insurance Group Limited, to its Board, subject to regulatory approval.
If you recall, B.P. Marsh invested in Pantheon in June of 2023, alongside its Founder and CEO Robert Dowman, subscribing for a 25% shareholding.
Since the investment, B.P. Marsh has provided Pantheon with a loan facility of £4.5m, which, alongside Pantheon’s strong performance to date, has allowed the business to make several key hires, in line with Pantheon’s strategy to build a “market-leading” independent specialist broker across multiple markets.
Howard, who will also assume the role of Group Chairman, was one of Besso’s founding members and has considerable experience in building and leading international broking businesses.
Pantheon observed that his “wide breadth” of client and market relationships leave him extremely well-placed to assist the firm in its growth trajectory.
