Arch Insurance International, a division of Arch Capital Group, has promoted Peter Brooks to Global Head of Fine Art & Specie, effective immediately.
In this new position, Brooks will oversee the Fine Art & Specie insurance portfolio within the London Market and work across Arch’s various underwriting platforms to broaden its global influence in this area.
Based in London, he will report to James Croome, Active Underwriter for Syndicate 2012 and Head of Cargo & Specie.

Brooks, who joined Arch in 2020 as a Senior Underwriter in the Fine Art & Specie division, brings considerable experience, having previously worked in underwriting roles at Liberty Specialty Markets and W/R/B Underwriting.
