Pro Global & Zass International partner to expand marine recoveries services

Re/insurance consultancies Pro Global Insurance Solutions in Argentina (Pro) and Zass International in Germany have partnered to expand services in marine recoveries across Europe, Asia and the Far East regions.

The cooperation enables Pro to expand into Europe and the Far East, while Zass would benefit from improved access to the Latin and North American regions.

Artur Niemczewski, Chief Executive Officer of Pro, said he expects the partnership to improve Pro’s services to marine clients, who “will benefit from our expanded global network with professionals based locally throughout every region.”

Marine recoveries deal mostly with insurance claims related to cargo, and Neimczewski explained acting agents’ claims management services reduce re/insurers claims losses and thus help maintain profitable marine books of business.

“Effective marine recoveries services are vital for our clients as they allow insurers to base their profitability not only on accurate premiums calculation and risk management, but also on effective recoveries.”
