Protecdiv appoints Steve Skowronski as EVP & CFO

Protecdiv has named Steve Skowronski as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a role he has held on a part-time consulting basis for the past five years.

In the new roles, Skowronski is responsible for all finance, treasury and accounting functions, compliance, and human resources.

He is an industry veteran with over 35 years of accounting, finance, compliance and consulting experience. He has led his own independent, executive-level consultancy over the last eleven years and has extensive experience at consulting firms like Grant Thornton and Smart & Associates where he was Managing Director and Partner.

Skowronski has also previously worked with QBE, Caliber One (former sub of PMA) and Reliance, in roles including VP-Strategic Operations and Initiatives, Controller and Assistant Treasurer, and Director of Accounting for Claims.
