Relation Insurance Services, a privately held corporation backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, has announced the acquisition of the assets of California-based Innovative Broker Services.
The transaction brings an established insurance brokerage firm to Relation and expands the firm’s growing national footprint.
Relation state that Tom Avery will continue to lead Innovative Broker Services under Relation going forward.

“Innovative Broker Services brings expertise and added depth to our existing footprint in the California marketplace and we are excited to have them.”
Relation acquired the assets of another California-based insurance brokerage firm, G2 Insurance Services, in June this year.
Hall further commented on Relation’s continuous expansion, stating, “We are committed to our continued investment to create a best-in-class insurance brokerage.”
