RFIB Group Limited, the international and Lloyd’s re/insurance broker, has announced the hiring of Kevin Stratton to lead its specialty business as Managing Director.
Stratton joins RFIB as of January 1st 2019, taking on the role of Managing Director of its recently restructured Specialty business and reporting directly to the CEO, Steven Beard.
Stratton has been hired by RFIB from reinsurance broker Willis Re where he served the last four years as Global Head of Accident, Life and Health.
Prior to that Stratton worked at Aon Benfield where he led the brokers’ London based Accident, Life and Health division.
He has more than 30 years of industry experience, with a particular focus in his career on a broad range of specialty insurance and reinsurance lines.
