Global insurance provider RSA Insurance has strengthened its UK Specialty Lines business with the addition of two new underwriters, John Lawrence and Henry Henderson.
UK Specialty Lines is part of Intact’s Global Specialty Lines, which offers integrated global propositions for brokers and customers with more complex international risks.
Lawrence, an experienced property underwriter, has been appointed Senior Specialist Underwriter – Property, and re-joining RSA from Allianz, where he has been working since 2018.
Throughout his career Lawrence has worked at various insurers, including AXA, AIG and a previous stint at RSA. He re-joins RSA from Allianz, where he has been working since 2018.
He starts his new role on March 18, 2024, as part of the Risk Managed Property team, aiming to develop and strengthen the service currently being offered.
Henderson joins RSA as a Specialist Underwriter – Power, Engineering & Renewable Energy, starting February 19, 2024.
He has previously worked at Brit and HDI Global Specialty, before joining Liberty Specialty Markets, where he worked in the insurer’s Power and Renewable Energy team since January 2022.
