Rupert Evans will join reinsurance broker Aon Benfield from Liberty Speciality Markets (LSM) as a broker within its Credit & Financial Risks team, effective immediately.
Evans has specialised in underwriting political risk, credit & surety business, and also has experience within other crisis management lines.
He joins Aon Benfield from LSM, where he was most recently an Assistant Underwriter within the firm’s Treaty Specialty division.
He will report to Head of Aon Benfield’s Credit & Financial Risks team, Phil Bonner, who said; “We are delighted that Rupert has chosen to join our team. We know that his expertise and understanding of the underlying risks and reinsurance structures across a range of credit, political risk, and crisis management lines, will add to our client offering, and to the market in general.”
