International specialty insurance firm, Ryan Specialty, has appointed Thomas Nash as President of CorRisk Solutions, effective December 1st, 2023.
CorRisk is the wholesale distribution professional liability managing general underwriter, a part of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers.
Nash joined Ryan Specialty through the acquisition of Socius Insurance Services in July 2023, where he was the founding principal and President of Kelly Underwriting Services.
Nash has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, underwriting various professional liability products on behalf of specialist insurers.
The merger with Kelly Underwriting Services expands the depth and breadth of CorRisk’s professional liability product and service offerings.
Under Nash’s leadership, CorRisk | Kelly offers access to non-admitted primary and excess Architects and Engineers, Association Professional Liability, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Insurance Agents E&O, Contractors E&O, among other products.
Ryan Specialty has also announced additional promotions within CorRisk Solutions, with Christine Defelice being named Head of Operations.
Jennifer Mayer has been named the Head of Miscellaneous Professional Lines, along with Darren Racine who has been appointed as the Head of the Architects & Engineers.
