Ryan Specialty’s managing general underwriter, WKFC Underwriting Managers (WKFC), has announced the promotions of Ravi Singhvi to President, and Joan Bauer to Chief Operating Officer, both effective immediately.
Singhvi joined WKFC in 2018 and was most recently the MGU’s Chief Operation Officer.
Prior to WKFC, he served as Vice President of Analytics at AJG/RPS from 2011-2018 and began his insurance career at NAPCO LLC where he worked from 2001-2011
Commenting on Ravi’s new position as President, Dawn D’Onofrio, CEO of WKFC said: “Ravi’s dedication to our values, vision and work ethic are nothing short of exceptional.”

Bauer, meanwhile, has been with WKFC since 2010, having initially trained as an underwriter under D’Onofrio. Prior to WKFC, she was a property broker for a leading global specialty insurance distributor.
“Joan leads numerous key initiatives and plays a critical role with the London market, domestic carrier relationships, training and launching new products,” D’Onofrio continued.
“Her laser focus on efficiency, efficacy and constant process improvement is invaluable. As COO, she will oversee the day-to-day functions of our business ensuring we operate at the highest levels of excellence and effectiveness.”
