SCOR, the Paris-headquartered global reinsurance company, has announced the appointment of three senior leaders to head its Cedant Facultative Reinsurance business in North America, Europe, and Latin America.
All three leaders report to Julia Willberg, Global Head of Cedant Facultative Reinsurance, who is based in SCOR’s London office.
Andrea Baer has been appointed SVP, Head of Cedant Facultative Reinsurance North America, and will be based in New York. She brings more than 25 years of experience across Europe and the Americas, with a background spanning facultative reinsurance underwriting, alternative risk transfer, and strategic client engagement.
Hans Pieter Guillot has been named Head of Cedant Facultative Reinsurance Europe and will be based in Cologne. He has 20 years of international underwriting experience, with expertise in risk analysis and a strong focus on developing long-term client relationships.
Santiago Torres has been appointed Head of Cedant Facultative Reinsurance Latin America and will be based in Bogotá. With more than 15 years of experience in reinsurance and regional leadership roles, he will focus on strengthening partnerships and supporting business growth across the region.
