Aon, a professional services firm providing risk, retirement, and health solutions, has appointed Shelley Yim as the new Market Leader for Northern California, effective August 1.
In this role, Yim will lead efforts to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, support colleague engagement, and foster community involvement throughout the region.
She brings extensive experience to the position, currently serving as Aon’s Chief Client Officer for the West Region.
In that role, she has focused on client service strategy, talent development, and building partnerships with carriers.
Over her 15-year career with Aon, Yim has held a range of leadership positions, including managing relationships with global risk management clients
She also serves as the Northern California Executive Director of the Asian American Insurance Network (AAIN) and plays an active role in the firm’s inclusion initiatives.
