ShoreOne Insurance Managers has appointed Russell (Russ) Carlson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), joining the executive leadership team, where he will report to the company’s Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Nick Steffey.
Based in Massachusetts, Carlson brings more than 20 years of financial leadership and insurance expertise towards his new role.
He most recently served at InsurTech Bindable, where he held the role of CFO, as well as Vice President, Finance & Administration.
In addition, he also previously spent more than 13 years serving in multiple roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including stints as VP, Finance, Director of Accounting Policy, and VP Corporate Accounting & Accounting Policy Director.
In his new role, he is expected to focus on driving profitable growth for the organisation, as well as building confidence and alignment with ShoreOne’s business partners.
