With over 25 years of extensive experience in claims process management, strategy development, and resource optimisation, Voss brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
In his capacity as Chief Claims Officer, Voss will play a crucial role in overseeing both the strategic and operational aspects of claims at ShoreOne.
His primary objective is to leverage technology to streamline claims procedures, ultimately enhancing efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Prior to joining ShoreOne, Voss held key leadership positions including Chief Claims Officer at Narragansett Bay Insurance Company and Vice President of Claims at Homesite Insurance.
His deep industry knowledge and innovative mindset position him as a seasoned professional in the insurance sector, equipped to drive forward ShoreOne’s commitment to excellence.
