Skyward Specialty Insurance Group Inc. has announced that it has elected Kate Terry and Marcia Dall to its Board of Directors effective immediately.
Terry is the co-founder and chief operating officer of Surround Group Inc., a property and casualty (P&C) insurance entity, and has more than 20 years of leadership and consulting experience within the insurance industry.
Previously she has served as a senior executive and leader for several years at various insurance companies, such as Liberty Mutual Insurance and Progressive Insurance.
Meanwhile, Dall began her career more than 35 years ago and has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Churchill Downs Incorporated since 2015.
She was executive vice president and CFO at Erie Indemnity Company for six years and served as CFO for the Healthcare division at CIGNA Corp.
Prior to joining CIGNA, she was a corporate officer and CFO for the International and US Mortgage Insurance segments of Genworth Financial Inc.

Meanwhile, Skyward Specialty, recently announced that it has entered into a partnership with Gradient AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) solutions provider for the insurance industry.
