Thomas Miller, an international insurance services provider, has concluded the acquisition of Managing General Agency and Insurance Services businesses of Zeller Associates.
The company had previously announced its decision to acquire Zeller Associates on 14 September.
Zeller Associates mainly provides risk related and insurance services for shipping, trade and transport, but also focuses on other specialist areas such as the cruise and tourism industry.
“The acquisition of these businesses’ specialist expertise across a broad range of marine transport related insurance services is an excellent and complementary addition to the Thomas Miller Group,” commented Hugo Wynn Williams, Chairman of Thomas Miller, upon the initial announcement of the deal.
