Global insurance and reinsurance broker, TigerRisk Partners, has appointed Tim Edwards as part of its growing London-based property and casualty (P&C) team serving clients in the UK, Europe, and wider international region.
Edwards, who is currently a Senior Manager in the Portfolio Risk Management team at Lloyd’s, will take up his new role as EMEA Cat Analytics Lead in October.
Prior to Lloyd’s, he was a Regional Director, Head of Catastrophe Analytics for Global clients at reinsurance broker Willis Re. He previously worked at Guy Carpenter and RMS.
The move is part of TigerRisk’s strategy of growing its London-based International P&C Reinsurance team, which services major global insurers and reinsurers in Europe, as well as other International markets including leading US insurers which have complex specialist broking needs for their International operations.
