TigerRisk Partners has appointed Joel Hodges to be both partner and head of analytics, international.
Hodges’s new role is a new one within the company, and will see him responsible for overseeing all data analytics with the overall aim to improve performance across the international business. Previously, Hodges was head of portfolio management at Liberty Mutual. In his new role, he will report to Nathan Schwartz, group head of analytics.
James Few, CEO of TigerRisk International, said in a statement: “Joel is an outstanding reinsurance professional with fantastic analytical skills and will be a major asset to TigerRisk and our clients. During his 15-year career at Liberty, he has held a number of senior roles and will help us to deliver our differentiating services in all lines of business on the international platform.”
Hodges is not the only recent addition to TigerRisk. Recent weeks have seen the company appoint Joe Springer and Will Cheney as partners.
