Insurance and reinsurance brokerage TigerRisk Partners has finalised its investment from Flexpoint Ford, a private equity firm specialising in the financial services and healthcare industries.
Flexpoint Ford has completed numerous investments in the insurance industry across P&C carriers, insurance distribution, and claims adjusting since its inception in 2005.
This deal with TigerRisk was announced back in April and is expected to enhance the reinsurance broker’s ability to assists clients and provide both additional capital and expertise in an unprecedented market environment.
Current employees will remain significant shareholders in the company and the management team, including CEO and Co-Founder Rod Fox, and President Rob Bredahl, will unchanged.
