Vantage Risk Ltd., the recently launched Bermudian reinsurer, has announced that Jack Kuhn, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its insurance division, is stepping down from his role.
Effective July 2nd, 2021, Vantage CEO Greg Hendrick will serve as interim Head of Insurance while continuing to lead the firm.
Commenting on Kuhn’s departure, Hendrick said: “I’d like to thank Jack for his efforts and wish him the best in his future endeavors.
“We are fortunate to have a very talented team in our insurance segment, and they will continue to execute against our plan and build on their early successes. I am already focused on finding a new leader for the Insurance business that will support our talent as they realize our vision for the future.”
Kuhn was announced as CEO of Vantage’s insurance division prior to the company’s launch last year, alongside a host of other career industry executives.
On his departure, Kuhn said: “After spending the past 8 months helping to build Vantage’s Insurance platform, I have made the difficult decision to step down and to focus on some other opportunities both personally and professionally.
“I have worked closely with some great people as we were getting the Insurance platform ready to launch and I am confident the team will continue to achieve great things. I will be personally invested in the future success of the company.”
