Jessica Villapañe has joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the commercial insurance arm of the global reinsurance giant, Swiss Re, as its new Customer & Distribution Manager, a London-based role.
Villapañe brings close to two decades of London Market insurance experience, spanning strategic relationship management roles on both the insurer and broker sides, as well as a wealth of expertise, market insight, and a genuine passion for building strong partnerships.
She joined Swiss Re Corporate Solutions from Intact Insurance, where she most recently served as Strategic Relationship Manager, Global Network.
Prior to this, she was a Customer Manager for RSA, and a Private Client Manager for Hiscox before that. Her career also includes a five-year tenure at WTW, and four years with Aviva.
Commenting on her appointment, Villapañe said: “It’s been a great start at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, and I’m grateful to be part of such a talented team. I look forward to building strong partnerships with our customers and brokers, reconnecting with familiar faces across the London Market, forging new connections, and contributing to the journey ahead.”
