Global insurance and reinsurance broker Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has announced the appointments of Linde Hotchkiss, Nicole Johnson and George Haitsch to senior positions for its Western region in North America (NA).
Hotchkiss will lead WTW’s Regional Large Account strategy for the West, based in San Diego, CA.
She will be responsible for overseeing the company’s global client advocate (GCA) community, as well as for driving consistency and collaboration between global clients throughout NA.
Meanwhile, Johnson will become Corporate Risk and Broking Leader for Phoenix, AZ. She was previously Vice President at Lovett and Touché, where she was responsible for client development and growth strategy.
Finally, as part of its ongoing investment in technology initiatives, WTW is also announcing the creation of a new Tech Center of Excellence for the West Region.
The Tech Center will be led by Haitsch, who is a key GCA and has been instrumental in building connections across the tech community, according to WTW.
“These appointments truly demonstrate the significant investment and growth that we are making across the West coast,” said Alex Littlejohn, Executive Vice President, US West, Corporate Risk & Broking Region Leader.
“Our innovation in technology as well as driving value and excellence for clients is key to the success of this region,” he continued. “We are delighted to announce these appointments and look forward to investing further across the West Coast region.”
