Global insurance and reinsurance broker Willis Towers Watson has appointed Marisa Ruscitto as Technology Sales Leader for its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business in the Americas.
Ruscitto joins Willis Towers Watson from Risk Management Solutions (RMS), where she most recently served as Managing Director and led a global sales team providing software, analytics and services for the broker market.
Prior to this, she held several other leadership positions at RMS, including as head of client services for the Americas, Bermuda and Global Brokers market segments.
In her new role, Ruscitto will be responsible for all activities related to the sales model of the company’s insurance software portfolio in the Americas, such as assessing market needs, driving the development of the software, and setting strategy and direction.
Ruscitto will be a member of the ICT Americas Leadership team and will report to Serhat Guven, ICT leader for the Americas, who commented: “We’re absolutely delighted to appoint Marisa to this important ICT leadership position as we continue to deliver technology and software solutions for the P&C and life insurance industries.”
