WTW has appointed Andrea García Beltrán as the new head of FINEX, for Latin America.
Based in London, Andrea joins WTW from RSA, where she was the UK and international Head of Cyber for underwriting for four years.
Andrea will relocate to the region upon joining WTW, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry across the LatAm, EMEA, UK and international wholesale market. She will report to Jeremy Wall, global head of FINEX and Hector Martinez, head of CRB Latin America.
As head of FINEX Latin America, she will deliver the Global FINEX strategy in the LATAM region, working closely with other FINEX leaders around the world to further enhance our FINEX offering to clients.
Wall, in a statement, said: “Andrea’s extensive expertise will help shape the capability of our FINEX offering for clients. Her experience across all financial lines including Cyber, and her track record for success will help seamlessly deliver the strategy, bringing renewed energy and insight to the team.”
