WTW brings Michael Holt back under its wing for new aerospace role

WTW has said it has appointed Michael Holt to the role of associate director of client relationship management for aerospace.

WTW - Willis Towers Watson logoHolt is coming back into the WTW fold, re-joining the firm from McGill, where he served as Partner, Aviation and Aerospace since last February.

Prior to McGill, Holt contributed to the growth of WTW’s aerospace business as a client relationship manager for more than nine years. Holt has also served in additional aviation and aerospace roles at both Aon and Marsh.

Based in Florida and reporting to John King, US practice leader for aerospace, Holt has seventeen years of experience in manufacturing, aircraft leasing, and managing client relationships.

In his new role, Holt will be responsible for optimising client results, coupled with driving strategy execution.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Holt worked for WTW between 2011 and 2021 as associate director. That followed three-and-a-half years as assistant vice president at Aon between 2005 and 2008. He also spent nearly three years as a vice president at Marsh. His role at McGill, as partner, began in February 2021.
