WTW grows Relations team with three senior appointments

Leading advisory and broking solutions company, WTW has announced three major appointments for its broker relations team in North America.

WTW - Willis Towers Watson logoJoseph LaRocco has been appointed Head of Industry – Broking, North America, to lead the recently established industry broking segment, Krista Cinotti has been appointed Head of Middle Market Broking, North America; and James O’Connor has been appointed Head of Carrier Management, North America.

Prior to her appointment as Head of Middle Market Broking, North America, Cinotti ran the Middle Market Broking East Region.

In addition to her responsibilities in Middle Market, she will also oversee the Select Broking segment, which manages WTW’s small business offerings, and will retain her North America Steering Committee position on the Broking Platform.

Jon Drummond, Head of Broking for North America, said: “Krista is respected internally and externally as an innovative, collaborative, and results driven leader who will deliver premier broking solutions and a modernized broking experience for our clients in the middle market and select segments.”

Furthermore, LaRocco has served as Head of Carrier Management for WTW since 2017.

LaRocco’s newly created position addresses specialized insurance solutions and intellectual capital services.

Drummond, added: “Joe is an exceptional leader at WTW, with deep experience assessing industry-specific characteristics that translate into bespoke insurance solutions for our global clients. Our vision is to recreate how brokers develop, aggregate and deliver intellectual capital to clients operating within unique industry verticals.”

It was also announced that LaRocco will remain a member of the WTW Corporate Risk and Broking North America Leadership Team.

Meanwhile, O’Connor, based in Atlanta, will provide leadership across WTW’s broking organisation, and will also serve as a member of WTW’s Corporate Risk and Broking North America Leadership Team.

O’Connor rejoins WTW from Dual Group, a division of Howden, where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of North America.
