WTW, the global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has appointed Despina Buganski as the Head of Personal Lines for Corporate Risk & Broking, North America (CRB NA).
Buganski, who previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Personal Lines business, brings over 30 years of industry experience to her new role.
In her previous capacity as COO for the Personal Lines business since 2015, Buganski demonstrated exceptional leadership by improving organisational efficiency, enhancing operational excellence, and increasing productivity within the CRB NA business.
Her extensive market relationships and deep understanding of unique client challenges have positioned her as a respected executive within the personal lines insurance marketplace, WTW noted.
Buganski’s promotion is a testament to her well-deserved opportunity, recognising her robust experience in managing operations for WTW’s personal lines business across North America, the company added.
As Head of Personal Lines for CRB NA, she will oversee a seasoned and successful team, managing both the U.S. and Canadian personal lines teams, all of whom will report directly to her.
