WTW, a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has announced the appointment of Simon Delchar as Head of GB CRB Broking and Global Head of Portfolio Placements.
Delchar, who brings extensive international placement experience, is set to join WTW in 2024.
Previously serving as the Head of Placement for UK and Ireland at Marsh McLennan since 2022, Delchar oversaw placement activities in the region.
His new role at WTW will focus on broking activities in Great Britain, while also leading the global development of industry-focused portfolio placement opportunities stemming from the WTW Broking Platform implementation. He will work closely with broking leadership teams worldwide.
