The Insurance Institute of London, an organisation created to support the professional development of members of the Chartered Insurance Institute Group, has announced that Nicolas Aubert has taken office following his election as President by the Vice Presidents and Council.
Aubert currently serves as Head of Great Britain for Willis Towers Watson and replaces Roger Sanders, OBE, Cert PFS, Director, Workplace Distribution and Industry Affairs, Lighthouse Group.
“I am humbled and delighted to be appointed President of the Insurance Institute of London and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Roger for steering this organisation so successfully over the past year,” said Aubert.
Having served first as a Vice President and Deputy President, Aubert added, “The Institute is an essential platform as it supports the development of talent and skills of our 25,000 members in London across insurance and financial services.”
“This development is vital for our sector as we need to increase our ability to incorporate new technology into the way we work without diminishing our traditional skills and expertise.”
