Xceedance, a global provider of technology and digital solutions, has announced the appointment of Gavin Lillywhite as SVP, Operating Leader UKI and Europe.
Lillywhite’s three decades of international experience in the London, Lloyd’s, and Company Insurance Market have provided him with technical underwriting and distribution expertise, as well as a deep understanding of client challenges and growth opportunities.
Moreover, he has a proven track record in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and managing complex portfolios within cyber, broking, client distribution, and underwriting.
As a trusted advisor, Lillywhite has built relationships with key industry stakeholders and played an instrumental role in fostering collaboration across private, regulatory, and governmental sectors.
In this new role at Xceedance, he will be responsible for making sure the company goes beyond expectations for clients, and helping them navigate a downward rate environment by relieving pressure on top line costs.
