LIIBA, the London and International Insurance Brokers’ Association, has named Price Forbes & Partners’ Greg Zucker, as the new chair of its Facilities Committee.

Zucker, who currently serves as Facilitised Business Manager at Price Forbes & Partners, will be supported by Laura Lindsey, DUA Manager at McGill and Partners as deputy chair.

He will be replacing Sarah Peppiatt, Delegated Authority Director of Arthur J Gallagher t/as Alesco Delegated Authorities, who is stepping down at the end of the year after chairing the group since 2018.

Peppiatt will continue to be a member of the LIIBA committee and offer her support.

The Facilities Committee acts as a representative for brokers on all market reform-related initiatives, including delegated authority and line slip matters.

Commenting on the appointment, LIIBA’s chief executive Christopher Croft said: “We are very pleased that Greg has agreed to take on the important role of chair for LIIBA’s Facilities Committee and Laura as his deputy.

“The committee is heavily involved in overseeing, supporting and encouraging broker involvement in market reform placing initiatives and Greg will play a key role in progressing the committees’ objectives.

“I’d also like to thank Sarah for the exceptional job she’s performed over the last few years and I’m glad that she will continue to support LIIBA and the committee.”
