Acrisure Re, the reinsurance arm of the global insurance broker and fintech platform, has promoted Michael Cross to President of the North American division.
Previously head of the Burlington, North Carolina office and NA COO, Cross will now focus on running and developing the strategic direction of Acrisure Re’s reinsurance business in the United States and Canada.
Since joining Acrisure Re just under seven years ago, Cross has been a key member of the leadership team and has been instrumental in managing and implementing Acrisure Re’s North American business operations and strategy.
In addition, Michael Fitzgerald has been promoted to Office Head of the Burlington, NC office where he will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the NC office.
Fitzgerald joined the Acrisure Re team in 2015 and brings over 20 years of experience in the re/insurance industry.
