Alice Caccamese has joined Aon Reinsurance Solutions from rival broker Guy Carpenter as Managing Director EMEA Facultative.
Caccamese is highly experienced in the industry, having operated in a number of senior roles at a host of well-known re/insurance firms.
She most recently served as Senior Vice President at Guy Carpenter, a global risk and reinsurance specialist and a business of Marsh McLennan.
Caccamese first joined Guy Carpenter in 2018 as Assistant Vice President, having served in the same role at Lockton Re before that.
Prior to Lockton, she was Assistant Ceded Reinsurance Manager at AIG, a role she held for almost two years. Caccamese began her career as an intern at Marsh, later working as a broking specialist at the firm.

As part of Aon’s Risk Capital capability, Nichols is set to develop innovative risk transfer solutions that optimise clients’ capital strategies, matching risk with capital to create growth opportunities for the industry, with a particular focus on global clients.
